景颇大地向ARUNACHAL .NINGRU DUWA LASENG山官辞世表示沉痛悼念
景颇大地ARUNACHAL PRADESH NINGRU山官<领主，酋长>NINGRU DUWA NINGRU LASENG腊生，于3月29日凌晨4:10分辞世，景颇大地文化交流委员会代表景颇大地景颇民族及中国景颇同胞特此吊唁，表示沉痛哀悼。
景颇大地NINGRU DUWA LASENG山官酋长祖父在英殖民时期曾经坚决抵抗英军的入侵，并同亲英派ASSAM的本氏族山官内部比萨山官发生了矛盾，英殖民军与NINGRU山官祖父通过发生剧烈争战之后，占领景颇大地领土ASSAM地区，但是并没有驻军直接管理NINGRU地区，而是通过比萨山官代管理。
最后为了茶叶贸易销售利益，与英国和好，向英国维多利亚女玉出口32包装茶叶得到了英国女王的480英镑，在当时英国最高茶叶的价格。在当地流传这是第一个向英国出口茶叶的景颇人士。
NINGRU山官氏族在历史上为保卫景颇大地领土的主权和民族的利益做出了不可磨灭的历史贡献，在当地是得到爱戴和受尊重的世袭山官氏族。也是抗英民族英雄世家。景颇大地委员会代表景颇大地景颇民族及中国景颇同胞发送了唁电表示哀悼。

We the entire Jingpo ethnic of jinghpawland and China are deeply shocked to learn about the sudden demise of jinghpawland singhpo chief Ningru Duwa La Seng at 4:10 AM on 29th March, 2016 in Ningru Village.
He shall be remembered forever for his great and wonderful doings for the Singpho ethnic as a whole.
In this hour of grief we express our heart felt condolences to the bereaved family and pray the Almighty that his soul may rest in peace. May the comfort of God help the family and friends during this difficult time.
