景颇民族发展协会向克钦邦民众呼吁支持民盟组织向昂山素季投票

     景颇大地景颇民族发展协会jinghpawland Pan kachin development society 向克钦邦民众提出建议，并向民众呼吁支持民盟组织获胜，向昂山素季投票。

  克钦邦民族组成小的参选团体，改变不了缅甸的现状，民盟可以改变现政府符合全缅各民族利益。克钦邦分成几支团体参选没有任何意义，集中力量投入民盟，获胜可以改变缅甸政治局势。

  这是今日10月2日在民盟领袖昂山素季到克钦邦首府密支那市运动场和外莫镇，为2015年缅甸大选拉选票活动期间，泛景颇民族发展协会通过克钦新闻集团和景颇大地新闻媒体向克钦邦民众发表的建议和呼吁。

   Recently, the Executive Director of Pan Kachin Development Society (PKDS), Mr. Nsang Tu Awng was interviewed by Kachin News Group (KNG) on the upcoming general election in Myanmar .

KNG asked his opinion on the general election and on its effects on the Kachin people. According to Mr. Tu Awng there are now many local Kachin parties contesting the general election and that will divide up the votes.

"With the current 2008 constitution in use, it is difficult for our ethnic Kachin people(and other ethnic groups) to gain the rights that we demand.  If the Kachin people could support wholly a party like National League for Democracy (NLD) who in turn could push for changes and eventually amend the current constitution. It could more realistically serve the purpose of the Kachin people.  For the next election after this, we the ethnic Kachins should then unite more and lessen the number of parties to contest the election instead of splitting the votes."

His opinion in this interview was seen as widely accepted by the Kachin public.
