全缅少数民族武装组织峰会时间正式确定为10月30日-11月1日，会期三天。除了被缅甸国防军整编的少数民族民团部队和边防部队以外，其余的缅甸少数民族武装组织代表将出席此次峰会。88学生武装组织将不参与此次会谈。此次会议将推进全缅和平与停火进程，同时将促进解决缅甸民族争端。此次会议由UNFC主持，举办地点为克钦独立组织中央所在地拉咱。

此次峰会将启动缅甸第二次彬龙会议和促成缅甸联邦新宪法的会议基础。缅甸少数民族武装并不寻求民族独立，而立志于寻求全缅各民族和平相处、平等共同发展的方案。少数民族能够容纳缅族，有全缅各族共同和平相处发展的愿望，但缅甸政府是否能够容纳少数民族平等共同发展。

The Myanmar Nation-wise Ethnic Minority Armed Forces Summit has been scheduled for October 30 to November 1. All ethnic minority armed forces except those that have been transformed into border guard forces by the Burmese military will attend the three-day summit. The armed force of the 88 student organization will not participate. The Summit will promote the nation-wide peace and ceasefire process, while contribute to the solution of the ethnic conflicts in Myanmar. The Summit will be hosted by UNFC in Laiza, where KIO headquarter is located.

This Summit will initiate the 2nd Panlong Conference of Myanmar, and form the basis for for the new Constitution of the Union of Myanmar. The ethnic minorities do not seek independence. Instead, they aim for a plan that will lead to the peaceful co-existence and joint development based on equality. Ethnic minorities could co-exist with the Burmans and desire for the peace and development of all ethnic groups. However, is the Myanmar government willing to accomodate equality and joint development with ethnic minorities?
